EX-NEW SUPPORTS THE ARTISTS
EX-NEW, founded in 2017, is an international laboratory dedicated to research and dialogue between different artistic disciplines and the diffusion of contemporary art. The singularity of the proposal is given by the fusion between art and digital fabrication, in virtue of the collaboration with the adjacent makerspace. Promotes cultural and performing events, exhibitions, talks, educational projects, temporary studio.

From April 19 to May 6, EX-NEW contemporary Art Center opened its doors to multidisciplinary and trans-generational contemporary art. The event brought together people and projects from different backgrounds to generate a completely new one, in a transversal situation of fusion between art and design. It has been developed through projections, exhibitions, talks, performances and guided tours dedicated to schools, with 22 italian artists, 22 international artists, 15 works purposely produced in our makerspace, 23 video installations, 25 works created by the young students of Contemporary Kids, 3 exhibitions, 3 performances, 4 conferences, 400 middle and high school students on guided tours and a total of 1000 visitors distributed over the 5 opening days.
